Absolutely. All our creations start with genuine natural products (flowers, wheat, etc.). We take great care to select the best products from the best farmers to propose the most beautiful creations.
Wheat creations can maintain their beauty for many years without degradation. However, to maximize their longevity, it is important to follow the care instructions (detailed on the respective product pages of this website).
The number and type of flowers or wheat stems in each arrangement are detailed on the respective product page. Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our creations.
Our eternal flowers are real flowers. They are picked when they reach their full beauty and stabilized using a specific technique to extend their lifespan to at least one year.
Although we state that the beauty is preserved for at least one year, our eternal flowers can last much longer with proper care (detailed on the respective product page of this website).
While we strive to faithfully reproduce the images shown, variations may occur due to the seasonal changes, as well as the handmade character of all our unique creations.
The dimensions of each creation are specified on their respective product page.

Delivery and Services
No invoice accompanies our orders to preserve the surprise. You will receive a confirmation email when you place the order. If you would like an invoice, you can request one by emailing us at contact@lachaume.com.

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder, or contact us by email at contact@lachaume.com. Following dispatch, a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will also be sent.
You can add a personalized message during the ordering process (in the cart). However, we reserve the right to exclude offensive or discriminatory messages.
Modifications or cancellation are possible under certain circumstances. Please contact us as quickly as possible in case of any error at contact@lachaume.com.

We deliver fresh flowers (only in Paris, Neuilly-sur-Seine and Boulogne) from Tuesday to Friday, as early as the next day for orders placed before noon. All other products are delivered within 5 to 7 business days in Europe (most countries), the UK and the US.
