Shipping policy
Fresh flowers are delivered only to Paris, Boulogne and Neuilly-sur-Seine and Levallois-Perret. The delivery fees depend on the type of delivery selected and on the total order amount, as follows:
- Same-day delivery: available for any order placed before 12:00 p.m. (Paris time), excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery fee amounts to EUR 20.
- Standard delivery by courier: for orders (excluding delivery fees) below EUR 200, the delivery fee is EUR 20; delivery is free of charge for any order amount equal to or exceeding EUR 200.
For other products, delivery is available in France, in most European countries, in the United Kingdom, and in the United States. Delivery fees depend on the location of the recipient, as follows:
- In Paris, Boulogne, Neuilly-sur-Seine, and Levallois-Perret: same-day delivery is available for any order placed before 12 p.m. (Paris time), excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery fee is EUR 20, with no minimum order requirement. If the Customer does not wish to use the same-day delivery service, delivery will be carried out under the same conditions as those applicable in France and in most European countries.
- In France and in most European countries: if the order amount (excluding delivery fees) is below EUR 150, the delivery fees amount to EUR 5; delivery is free of charge for any order amount equal to or above EUR 150.
- In the United Kingdom: delivery fees are GBP 20.
- In the United States: if the order amount (excluding delivery fees) is below USD 150, the delivery fees amount to USD 20; delivery is free of charge for any order amount equal to or above USD 150.
